Electrolyte Smoothie!

This morning I woke up wanting something tropical and absoluteltly, undeniably flavorful. 

So, I made my favorite smoothie from back when I worked at a local smoothie and juice bar this las summer, before BlissBranch became our full-time job.  

It might actually just look like a bowl of granola but under there is a green delicious smoothie that will have your mouth watering! Plus, it's packed with immune boosting ingredients, and tons of electrolytes from coconut water and the banana. 

Smoothie: 

1 frozen banana

2 dates

1/2 cup coconut water

juice of half a lemon

2 tbsp hemp protein

1/4 cup coconut yogurt

1 dash cinnamon

1 handful greens

Top with: 

Flaked coconut

Cacao nibs

Buckwheat groats

Organic oats or granola

more cinnamon!
