Back-to-School Style with Redbubble
Hello, my loves!
The sun is blazing, the humidity is high; the end of summer is near and that means so many of us are trading in our beach towels for backpacks as we pack it in to head back to school. In my personal experience, making the switch from summer-mode to study-mode can be rather complicated, but with a little fashion boost, I can charge a new excitement into the experience.
This is one of the main reasons I'm so excited to share this unique collaboration with Redbbble with you!
What is Redbubble?
Redbubble is an incredible brand that gives independent artists a space to share and sell their work in a variety of ways. From t-shirts to duvet covers, Redbubble is basically an infinite world of creative work from over 400k designers across the planet. The best part is that you can sign up as an artist for free, and they print and cover all of the shipping for you.
Immediately, I knew this brand was something special and I needed to take a peek for myself! While browsing through their amazing selection of fashionable designs, I had a few specific characteristics in mind -- specifically for getting work done!
As I mentioned before, when the fall comes a knocking, summer comes to an end and those back-to-school feels hit, it's always really helped me to find a few pieces of clothing that are both comfortable and practical.
Sitting for long periods of time can be exhausting in itself, so making sure to wear clothes that can accommodate the occasional yoga flow or brisk walk to break up the sitting is a total bonus! For this reason, I fell madly in love with these avocado leggings designed by the artist Weirddoodle on Redbubble's site. I needed to pair them with something equally as cozy, so I chose this The Snuggle is Real t-shirt by designer CabinSupplyCo. What snuggly outfit would be complete without a nice warm cup of coffee? I died over the adorable succulent print coffee thermos designed by Vicky Webb.
Though I like to stay comfy 24/7, I also like to find pieces that can be both slightly fancy and nice and cozy. Enter: this amazing swing dress! As soon as I saw the cactus print on this baby designed by 83 Oranges, I was swooning. This dress is the perfect thing to rock to class, work, or even a dinner party later that evening.
Another main investment in getting work done effectively and on the go is purchasing a smart phone. I mean, my phone is my companion! I do everything from my phone, from work calls and scheduling, to journaling and researching. Unfortunately, it can be tricky to find a unique and adorable case that is also durable. Finding this Stronger Together phone case (by Michelle Borjon) was such a blessing!
If you're looking to support independent artists and designers or even share your designs, I highly recommend checking out Redbubble! This brand soars both back-to-school and year-round.
