Karsyn DuPree Q&A
Good evening, everyone! Hope your Thursday was amazing; pushing through work to make it to the weekend?! I know the feeling!
Today, I posted on my Instagram that I was doing my first Q&A, and you submitted your questions! There were so, so many, and I definitely would love to do another one in the near future, but for now, here's a few answers to those questions! You can also find links below the video of some of the products I mention using.

Facial Cleansing and Makeup
For my skincare, I always gently cleanse my skin with organic baby wipes. They're much cheaper than other commercial "makeup remover" wipes, and they're super safe! You can use them to easily remove makeup, and they don't burn your eyes. Some of my favorites are:
- Babyganics: This brand is by far my number one favorite! It's never burned my eyes, and has a pleasant no-smell smell. Unscented are my favorite! Dermatologist and Pediatrician tested, hypoallergenic, and free of any and all parabens, alcohol, sulfates, phthalates, artificial dyes or fragrances (I also typically get them at Walgreens).
- Seventh Generation Baby Wipes: This brand is another amazing go-to. Very similar ingredients to the Babyganics brand, and easily found at your local drug store (I've seen them at both CVS and Walmart).
When it comes to any sort of body cleansing, or facial cleansing in the shower, I always ALWAYS use Moon Rivers Naturals! They are amazing products made by some equally amazing friends of ours, and their company isn't even limited to the soaps I mention in the video! They have every scrub, oil, and bath essential you can think of, and then some more just to pamper yourself with! They use only all natural and organic materials, and for people with sensitive skin like myself, that's a very important thing!
For the makeup I wear on my skin, I'm currently addicted to Jouer Luminizing Moisture Tint in Pearl. It's kind of on the pricier side, but a little bit goes a LONG way! I never use more than the size of a dime at a time (rhyming :P), and you'll definitely see the difference in your skin once you start applying a tinted daily mineral moisturizer and SPF like this stuff. It has a little shine to it, as well, and it stays on all day!
After applying the Jouer moisturizer, I love to use Physician's Formula Mineral Wear Talc-Free Correcting Powder. This. Stuff. Is. Magical! So inexpensive, and so healthful for your skin! Paraben free and hypoallergenic, this dermatologist tested foundation is the perfect little veil over a lightweight moisturizer. I will say that it comes with a brush, and I'm a fan of an organic cotton makeup round, since it's pressed powder, to apply it to my face. I tend to get more full coverage this way, but a brush also provides even coverage!
To finish my facial makeup, I mentioned that I then use Cargo Swimmables Water Resistant Blush. It's by far the most even and pleasant mineral blush I've come across, not to mention it's also perfect for the gym or to a hot yoga class! Can you say, hello summer?! Also, this blush is paraben free, and natural protects skin from water.
Hair Care
I bring up my current hair color (which you can find in this post) in addition to several tips I also love to use, such as buying a heat protectant spray such as this Ion Heat Protection Spray, you can find it at your local beauty supply store, or just purchase it on the web. This brand is 100% paraben free and also vegan.
